Coming to OSU: Ben Stein

Columnist and political commentator Ben Stein will be in Stillwater on the Oklahoma State University campus Nov. 4 to speak to a full auditorium at the Wes Watkins Center. Doors for the Stillwater event will open at 7 p.m. with Stein scheduled to begin his talk at 7:30 p.m.
Stein's life has taken him through many adventures from writing speeches for Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford to a syndicated columnist for The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post to writing and publishing over 16 novels. Stein is an extremely well-known actor in movies, TV, and commercials. His part of the boring teacher in Ferris Bueller's Day Off was recently ranked as one of the 50 most famous scenes in American film. Starting in July 1997, he has been the host of the Comedy Central quiz show, Win Ben Stein's Money. He is presently at work on a talk show for Comedy Central.
