Tulsa-based Matrix Service Co. completes private placement of $30

Matrix Service Co. has completed a private placement of $30 million of 7 percent senior unsecured convertible notes due 2010. The notes are convertible into shares of common stock at a conversion price of $4.69 per share. The net proceeds to Matrix total $24.6 million. The Tulsa-based company will use $20 to repay debt and the remaining money for working capital.
Matrix Service provides general industrial construction and repair and maintenance services.
