Donna Plewes is the new director of quality and risk management at Edmond Medical Center, responsible for overseeing quality initiatives, utilization review and infection control. The graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and the Buffalo General Hospital School of Nursing also will assist with regulatory compliance issues.
