Oklahoma City resident Joanne Orr has been elected to the board of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors. Orr is a NAWCC Fellow and a member of the Membership and Publicity Committee. Orr has worked for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for 34 years.
