DecisionOne's call center in Tulsa expects to hire 200 full-time wireless technical support representatives over the next several weeks.
Our customers rely on DecisionOne to provide industry-leading remote technical support and client help desk services, and these new positions are essential in helping us meet their growing demands, said Shae Rath, Tulsa Call Center director. We're looking for candidates who have exceptional customer service and phone skills and a familiarity with basic computer terminology.
DecisionOne, based in Devon, Pa., has about 2,000 employees in Tulsa.
