The Oklahoma City Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) announced the winners of their 2006 Bronze Quill Awards in a ceremony held on May 4 at the Chesapeake Boathouse in Oklahoma City.

IABC's annual awards program honors outstanding communication programs in the Oklahoma City metro area. The following fourteen awards were presented this year:

Award of Excellence - Feature Writing, Adam Cohen, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation; Award of Excellence - Publication Design, Terri Angier and Mills Gotcher, Oklahoma Department of Transportation; Award of Merit - Publication Design and Award of Excellence - Internet, Jenny Lee, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.

Award of Merit - Internet and Award of Excellence - Issues/ Crisis Management, Danielle Ezell, 20 Hats; Award of Merit - Internet, Paige Gregory, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber; Award of Excellence - Video, Dustin Pyeatt, Oklahoma Department of Human Services; Award of Excellence - Communications Programs, Debbie Anglin and Sjonna Paulson, Anglin Public Relations.

Award of Merit - Poster Signage, Exhibit Display, Terri Angier and Mills Gotcher, Oklahoma Department of Transportation; Honorable Mention - Feature Writing, Diana C. Rogers, Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency; Honorable Mention - Internal Publications, Terri Angier and Mills Gotcher, Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

Honorable Mention - External Publication, Adam Cohen and Jenny Lee, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation; Honorable Mention - External Publication, Diana C. Rogers and Holley Mangham, Oklahoma Housing Finance Authority.
