OKC Branch of Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City announces staffing

Michael A. Cawley, president and CEO of the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation in Ardmore, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Oklahoma City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. The Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., appointed Cawley for a three-year term.

The Federal Reserve Bank also announced that Richard K. Ratcliffe has been designated by the Kansas City board of directors to serve as the new chairman of the Oklahoma City Branch board. He is chairman of Ratcliffe's Inc., in Weatherford.

Other members of the seven-member board include Terry M. Almon, president and CEO of Arkansas Valley State Bank; Robert R. Gilbert III, president, COO and director of the F&M Bank and Trust Co.; Fred M. Ramos, president of the Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; and Steven C. Agee, president of Lee & Agee. One board position is vacant.
