While Conley expects them to succeed, he doubts it will make any change on his operations - at least, until he sells J.J.'s. Which he doesn't expect to do anytime soon.

"We always know what we're going to sell, how many we're going to sell and when we're going to close," he said. "And that's the way I want it.
