Bank of the West announces staffing changes in its Oklahoma branches

Sarah Gaches was promoted to assistant customer service manager at the Bank of the West branch in Ada. In this role, Gaches is responsible for teller transactions as well as assisting with branch operations and opening new accounts.

Gaches has served at Bank of the West for five years as a customer service representative. She worked in the Bixby and Seminole branches before joining the Ada branch in 2004. In addition, Bank of the West has hired the following employees:

Paul Baird was named assistant vice president and business development officer for Bank of the West throughout the Oklahoma region. In this role, Baird will be responsible for developing business relationships, including loans, deposits, and other business services.

Baird previously served at MidFirst Bank and has more than 12 years of business and financial experience.

Jason Roberts was named assistant vice president and branch manager for the Bank of the West branch in Ardmore. Roberts will be responsible for generating new business relationships as well as planning, directing, and managing activities.

Roberts previously served at American National Bank and has more than five years of banking experience, including lending and management.

Brian Hughes was named assistant vice president and branch manager for the Bank of the West in Ada. Hughes is responsible for generating business relationships as well as planning, directing and managing activities. Hughes has more than eight years of banking experience.

Lisa Hector has joined Bank of the West as customer service manager at the Ada branch. She will be responsible for customer service and sales, maintaining the branch operations, and managing the branch operations staff. Hector has more than four years of banking experience.

Cookie Hill was named assistant vice president and branch manager for Bank of the West Northest Expressway branch in Oklahoma City. Hill will be responsible for generating business relationships as well as planning, directing and managing activities.

Hill previously served at BancFirst in Ardmore, and has more than 25 years of banking experience, including lending and management.
