Working with Tulsa Entertainment Group LLC, the Historic Brady LLC also intends to build a two-story, 20,000-square-foot building on the west lot alongside the concert hall that would house not just a gift shop and restaurant but a nonprofit museum celebrating the acts that have performed there. That still-untitled heritage center already claims its first archives, the donated album collection of Rockin' John Henry and the Bobcats.

"I believe this will be happening in about six to eight months," Alter said. "When we get to about a third of what we need, then we'll start."
