'Achievers under 40' profile: Tiffany Monhollon

As corporate communications supervisor for Express Employment Professionals, one of the largest staffing companies in the United States, Tiffany Monhollon serves as editor and supervises national and local efforts in communications, media relations, corporate branding and more. She is also responsible for publications and management, Web content management and intern supervision.
Monhollon has six years of experience in both the nonprofit and corporate environments. She has worked and written for a Fortune 500 company, an international missions organization, volunteer groups, university organizations, newspapers and startup businesses.
She earned her bachelor's degree in public relations and religion from Oklahoma Baptist University. Currently, she is pursuing her master's in journalism with an emphasis in strategic communication from the University of Oklahoma.
Before joining Express Employment Professionals, Monhollon worked for OG&E, Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma, OBU University Concert Series, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Shawnee, International Mission Board in Richmond, Va., and OBU Student Publications.
A leading expert in defining the practice of personal public relations for professionals, Monhollon speaks and writes about how professionals today can achieve career, business and personal success. She is passionate about helping young leaders in her community and throughout the country understand how to use technology, traditional networking and social media to form valuable relationships that create powerful opportunities.
She is also a columnist for Personal Branding Magazine and has written for some of the most respected career sites online, including Employee Evolution, Damsels in Success, Conversation Agent and Brazen Careerist.
She has taken an active role in leading business book clubs, coordinating the annual headquarters Christmas charity fundraising, volunteering with the Oklahoma City chapter of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and speaking to student groups and organizations. Her involvement in PRSA includes being selected to chair the Oklahoma City professional development event for 2007 and to co-chair the 2008 awards gala, Upper Case. She serves in her community at North Church and mentors youth at Revolution Student Ministries.
In 2007, Monhollon founded two career-related blogs, Personal PR and Little Red Suit. Those are now recognized internationally as top 100 career blogs. She is also a member of the Brazen Careerist Network.
