Oklahoma City University adds to board of trustees

Louis Bass, Martha Burger and Dennis Dougherty were named to the board of trustees of Oklahoma City University.

Bass is an adjunct instructor of music at the University of New Mexico as well as an artist in residence with the Piedmont College Choir in Georgia and travels as an accompanist for instrumental and vocal musicians throughout the country.

Burger is treasurer and senior vice president of human resources at Chesapeake Energy Corp. Burger has been with Chesapeake since 1994.

Dougherty is a founding partner of Intersouth Partners, a venture capital firm investing in private technology and life science startups throughout the Southeast.
