Tulsa-based Amerex Group CEO resigns

Nicholas J. Malino has resigned as CEO and chairman of the board of directors of Amerex Group Inc., the Tulsa-based company announced on Tuesday.
Stephen K. Onody, chief operating officer and a director, was appointed as interim CEO. Onody has been chief operating officer and a director since June 2007.
"I want everyone to know that the company's management team is dedicated to the successful execution of a business plan for the company that will increase its customer base, sales and revenues and that will sustain growth and enhance shareholder value," Onody said.
Amerex Group is a hazardous waste transportation and logistics company.
