Metro Tech Centers in Oklahoma City named award finalist

Metro Technology Centers in Oklahoma City has been selected as one of four finalists in the American Society for Quality's Education Team Excellence Award.
The finalists will make presentations at the 16th annual National Quality Education Conference in Reno, Nev., on Nov. 16-18. The award is sponsored by ASQ, a quality-improvement association in the United States.
Metro Technology Centers was selected as a finalist for use of process improvement in financial aid staffing and training that resulted in a 35-percent increase in adults receiving financial aid and a decrease in financial aid processing time.
