Lichtman to speak at University of Central Okla.

Allan Lichtman, a political forecaster, will be the speaker for a free, public presentation on the presidential election at 7 p.m. Oct. 7 in the University of Central Oklahoma's Pegasus Theater.
Lichtman is a professor of history at American University in Washington, D.C., and an author of The Keys to the White House: 2008 Edition, Prejudice and Old Politics: The Presidential Election of 1928; Your Family History; Ecological Inference and The 13 Keys to the Presidency.
