Land, law workshop for non-landmen offered at Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City Community College in conjunction with Professional Development Institute will present a "Land and the Law for Non- Landmen" workshop from 9:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 14.
Topics will include laws that affect land in oil and gas, clauses of a lease, mineral ownership, responsibilities and duties of the land department, legal descriptions and lease negotiations.
The cost is $299. Registration information is available at www.occc.edu/corporatelearning.
The workshop will be held at the OCCC John Massey Center.
