Judge's ruling puts Oklahoma producers' claims behind banks,

Billionaire John Catsimatidis is putting forth his own reorganization plan for SemGroup.
Margot Schonholtz, an attorney with the Kaye Scholer law firm in New York City, which represents Bank of America, administrative agent for the senior lender group in the SemGroup case, said her firm's client was pleased with the court's ruling but would have no other comment.
A SemGroup spokesman said the company had no comment on Shannon's decision.
