Tulsa-based BOK Financial adds vice presidents

BOK Financial Corp. has added two vice presidents.
Aaron Clark was appointed to vice president, senior portfolio manager, in the trust division. Clark was employed with JP Morgan Chase Bank NA.
Kyle Gibson was appointed to vice president, manager of facilities management, in the operations and technology division. Gibson was employed with Red Rock Development Services.
The parent company of Bank of Oklahoma also announced five promotions.
Jesse Boudiette was promoted to senior vice president, corporate communications manager, in the finance and administration division. Boudiette has been with the company since January 2006.
Greg Duran was promoted to vice president, branch manager IV, in the consumer division. Duran has been with the bank since July 2005.
Jay Dyer was promoted to vice president, branch manager IV, in the consumer division. Dyer has been with the company since July 2004.
Christy Stopp was promoted to vice president, product integration coordinator, in the regional division. Stopp has been with the bank since April 1998.
Veronica Tichavsky was promoted to vice president, senior division controller, in the finance and administration division. Tichavsky has been with the company since April 2005.
