New Licenses

The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission has issued two mixed-beverage licenses.

Receiving mixed-beverage licenses are:

Louie's, 1600 Garth Brook Blvd., Ste. 100, Yukon, Louie's-Yukon LLC.

Keystone Winery & Vineyards, two miles east of Westport Road exit, Cleveland, Keystone Winery & Vineyards LLC.

Intents

Four parties have published notices of intent to apply for licensing through the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission. There were two notices published for a mixed-beverage license, one for a retail store license and one for a winemaker license.

Seeking mixed-beverage licenses are:

Eastern Shawnee Liquor Dispensing Company Inc., 127 W. Oneida, Wyandotte, Eastern Shawnee Liquor Dispensing Company Inc.

Park Harvey Sushi Restaurant, 200 N. Harvey Ave., Ste. 100, Oklahoma City, FRKRJ Inc.

Seeking a winemaker license is:

Oklahoma Wine Co., 511 Twin Lake Dr., Seminole, Oklahoma Wine Co.

Seeking a retail store license is:

J&J Liquor, 206 W. Cherokee, Lindsay, Jacquelyn O. Hines.

Resolved Cases

The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission has resolved cases against the following businesses:

White Owl in Tulsa agreed to pay $150 for an unlicensed manager. A citation for failure to post an employee license was dismissed.

James E. McNellie's Public House in Tulsa agreed to pay $150 for storing an alcoholic beverage without a storage license, $150 for failure to file a catering report with the ABLE Commission and $1,000 for failure to maintain a designated bar area.

Applebee's in Muskogee agreed to pay $1,000 for a major violation of the ABC Act.

Dirty's Tavern in Tulsa agreed to pay $150 for an unlicensed employee and $40 for failure to timely renew a license.
