Former Federal Reserve Chairman Volcker to speak at Assn. of

Former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker is slated to be the keynote speaker at the 23rd annual conference of the Bethesda-based Association of Financial Professionals Nov. 3-6 in New Orleans. Volcker is chairman of the International Accounting Standards Foundation, as well as of an oversight board that proposed major changes to Arthur Andersen LLP's audit practice.
