Salisbury University president announces 5.5% increase in tuition

Salisbury University President Janet Dudley-Eshbach said the state university will have to increase tuition by 5.5 percent, initiate a $100 technology fee and reduce the number of freshmen accepted this fall, to offset losses in state funding beginning in July.
