Syscom Inc., which offers computer software consulting and custom applications software programming services, opened an IBM Websphere Innovation Center at its Baltimore headquarters, offering hands-on displays and terminals to demonstrate Websphere software on a variety of hardware platforms and operating environments. Websphere is IBM's Internet infrastructure software.
