MD-based Acterna Corp. to sell Airshow business

> Germantown-based Acterna Corp., a communications systems and networks monitoring company, signed a definitive agreement to sell its Airshow business to Rockwell Collins Inc., a Cedar Rapids, Iowa- based communications and aviation electronics company, for $160 million in cash. Airshow supplies cabin management and passenger information systems to both the business aviation and airline markets.
