Timonium-based Gemstone Publishing to publish comic books newsletter

Timonium-based Gemstone Publishing, an offshoot of Diamond Comic Distributors' founder Stephen A. Geppi, announced plans to publish Overstreet's Comic Price Review, a monthly newsletter that will offer in-depth information on the sales of high-grade comic books and collectibles. Priced at $75 a year, the first issue will appear in mid-year.
