Middle River Aircraft Systems receives contract extension

Middle River Aircraft Systems received a six-year extension from Pratt & Whitney, of Hartford, Conn., an aircraft engine manufacturer, of its production contract for the PW4168 thrust reverser, used on the wide-bodied Airbus A330 jet engine. The extension through March 2009 is valued at $80 million.
