BAE Systems North America, based in Rockville and Ultra Electronics Holdings plc, headquartered in Greenford, Middlesex, UK, said they have reached a definitive agreement under which Ultra will acquire BAE Systems' Ocean Systems business, for $10 million in cash. Ocean Systems, of Braintree, Mass., produces underwater listening devices for ships and submarines.
