> Annapolis-based Telkonet Inc., which provides high-speed Internet access over electrical power lines, is furnishing Noment Networks, a Georgia-based company that supplies communication services to multifamily developments, with a system to deliver high-speed Internet connectivity over standard electrical wiring at the Whitney at Bethesda Theater, a luxury apartment complex by the Bozzuto Group that is nearing completion in Bethesda.
