Telkonet Inc., an Annapolis-based company that develops products for high-speed Internet access over electrical power lines, made its New York debut with the installation of its PlugPlus high-speed Internet service in the Helmsley Middletowne Hotel, located on Manhattan's east side on 48th Street.
