BMW of Towson receives award for achieving Quality Management System

BMW of Towson, one of the first BMW dealerships in the nation to achieve Quality Management System certification, was awarded the BMW Quality Trophy. The award recognizes the accomplishment of BMW of Towson's 100 employees in successfully completing the 23-month QMS certification process that focused on the refinement and improvement of the company's business processes.
