Gaithersburg-based Global eXchange Services completes acquisition of

Global eXchange Services Inc., of Gaithersburg, a provider of supply chain automation services and software, said it completed its previously announced acquisition of Raleigh, N.C.-based HAHT Commerce Inc., a provider of demand chain management software and services, for about $30 million in cash and stock in GXS Holdings, the parent company of Global eXchange Services.
