Silver Spring-based Optimus awarded NASA research grant to develop

Optimus Corp., of Silver Spring, which offers products and technology geared to the public safety sector, has been awarded a Small Business Innovative Research grant by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to develop a comprehensive data-mining system to improve aerospace safety by identifying various human factors underlying aerospace mishaps.
