Acrodyne Communications Inc., of Hunt Valley, a manufacturer of television transmission systems and equipment, reported 2003 net earnings of $811,800, or 3 cents per share, on revenue of $19.2 million, versus net earnings of $389,300, or 5 cents per share, on revenue of $26 million for the previous year.
A recapitalization with Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc., virtually quadrupled the number of outstanding shares.
