Filene's Basement, the Boston-based discount department store that opened a branch at Towson Place, is bringing its famous Bridal Gown Sale to the Towson store for one day only, July 9, starting at 8 a.m. Wedding gowns originally priced from $850 to $9,000 will be sold for prices ranging from $249 to $499. But take note, ladies, the gowns are not returnable.
