Discount store issues tips for wedding gown buyers

With Filene's Basement's vaunted wedding gown sale scheduled for Friday at the newly opened store at Towson Place, the discount chain issued a list of 10 tips for would-be gown buyers. Among them: Follow the dress code - no high heels or flip-flops; wear a sports bra and shorts so you can try on dresses anywhere in the store; and, go easy on the make-up - it rubs off on the dresses.
