Thinq Learning Solutions Inc., of Baltimore, which makes learning management software, supplied its TrainingServer Learning Management System to the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services for bioterrorism and public health preparedness training. The initial deployment will reach 5,500 learners and has potential to grow to 90,000.
