Perini Corp. completes acquisition of Jessup-based Cherry Hill

Perini Corp., of Framingham, Mass., a publicly traded construction company, announced on Friday the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Jessup-based Cherry Hill Construction Inc. Perini, which paid about $20 million in cash for 100 percent of Cherry Hill's capital stock, said Cherry Hill will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and no management changes are planned.
