Calif.-based Devon Self Storage acquires Monarch Rubber Co. bldg. in

Devon Self Storage, of Emeryville, Calif., one of the largest companies in the self-storage industry, purchased the former Monarch Rubber Co. building in East Baltimore for $1,475,000. The one- story, 129,000-square-foot building will be converted into a self- storage facility. NAI KLNB represented Devon and Colliers Pinkard represented the seller, Monarch Rubber Co.
