MD-based Sodexho USA launches English as a Second Language program

> Sodexho USA, of Gaithersburg, a provider of food and facilities management services to the corporate, education and health care markets, said it launched its English as a Second Language Sed de Saber (Thirst for Knowledge) program for all Spanish-speaking frontline employees. Sed de Saber, developed by Newport Beach, Calif.-based Retention Education LLC, is a program to teach English specifically to Hispanic restaurant and hospitality industry employees.
