MD-based RegeneRX Biopharmaceuticals stock to begin trading on AMEX

RegeneRX Biopharmaceuticals Inc., of Bethesda, said its stock will begin trading on the American Stock Exchange on March 28 under the symbol RGN. Until that time, the stock will continue to be listed on the OTC Bulletin Board. Officials said the move to the Amex will give RegeneRX greater visibility on Wall Street and make it easier for institutional investors to trade in the stock.
