The Dark Dreamweaver, a fantasy novel for young adults by Nick Ruth, a Baltimore author, is a finalist for the Independent Book Publishers Association's Benjamin Franklin Award. The book is published by Imaginator Press of Baltimore. Ruth and illustrator Sue Concannon are both employed at the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn.
