MD Higher Education Commission to hear challenge to MBA program

The Maryland Higher Education Commission will hold a special meeting at 1 p.m. on May 18 at its Annapolis headquarters at 839 Bestgate Road to hear an appeal filed by Morgan State University regarding Maryland Secretary of Higher Education Calvin W. Burnett's decision to allow Towson University and the University of Baltimore to offer a joint MBA program.
