Carroll Lutheran Village announces staffing changes

Jeff Cohen was named vice president of Human Resources at Carroll Lutheran Village. He has an extensive background in human resources in a health care environment, including VP of Human Resources for St. Agnes HealthCare and management consultant for Sinai Hospital and Stella Maris. Cohen is also an adjunct instructor in the business management program at the Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville.
Carroll Lutheran Village named Kelly Parks admissions coordinator for the Health Care Center and Diven House for assisted living. Prior to coming to the Village, Parks had worked as admissions director at Ellicott City Health & Rehab Center and at Genesis Eldercare.
