MD-based Celsion Corp. adds to Board of Directors

Celsion Corp., a Columbia-based biotech company developing heat- activated cancer treatment systems, added Gregory Weaver to its Board of Directors to increase the number of directors to six. The board also appointed Weaver as a member to its Audit Committee.
Weaver is currently vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of the Nastech Pharmaceutical Co., a drug delivery company focused on intranasally delivered products and technologies.
