> Federal Realty Investment Trust, of Rockville, a real estate investment trust specializing in the ownership, management, development and redevelopment of prime retail and urban mixed-use properties, reported third-quarter funds from operations of $41 million, or 77 cents per diluted share, on revenue of $101.8 million, versus FFO of $38.3 million, or 72 cents per diluted share, on revenue of $98.8 million for the year-ago period.
