M&T Securities Inc. of Baltimore acquires two municipal bond funds

> M&T Securities Inc., of Baltimore, a broker-dealer subsidiary of M&T Bank, announced it has acquired two municipal bond funds from Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group Inc. The addition of the FBR Maryland Tax-Free Portfolio (now called the MTB Maryland Municipal Bond Fund) and the FBR Virginia Tax-Free Portfolio (now the MTB Virginia Municipal Bond Fund) brings to four the number of municipal bond funds offered by MTB Funds.
