Rockville-based InforMedix Holdings Inc. in pilot program

InforMedix Holdings Inc., of Rockville, which markets real-time patient information through telemedicine technologies that electronically link patients and health care professionals, said doctors at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine are using its patented Med-eMonitor System in a pilot program for patients with high risk of stroke who are on anticoagulant medications.

Med-eMonitor is an interactive device that improves medication adherence and enables patients to manage chronic illnesses at home.
