MD boards announce staffing changes: September 22, 2006

Upper Chesapeake Health has named M. Scot Kaufman to its board of directors, effective immediately. Kaufman served as chief financial officer of MBNA Corp. and played an instrumental role in helping MBNA become a public corporation. He also was auditor, treasurer and comptroller at the Maryland National Corp. prior to his 20 years at MBNA Corp.

Aida M. Lebbos, an associate in the business department of Saul Ewing's Baltimore office, was elected to the board of directors of the Advocates for Children and Youth. Her term will last three years. As a member of the ACY board of directors, Lebbos will act as an advocate for Maryland's children and families, making sure they receive proper care.

Paulette A. Rebich, the director of human resources for Charlestown Retirement Community, has been appointed to a three- year term as a member of The Caroline Center's board of trustees. She will serve on the career resources committee of the board and will advise the center in areas of job placement, training and development.
