Baltimore-based Target Logistics Inc. expands

Target Logistics Inc., of Baltimore, a domestic and international freight forwarder and logistics provider, said its wholly owned subsidiary, Target Logistics Services Inc., has acquired assets of Capitaland Express Inc., a freight forwarder based in Albany, N.Y., that serves the upstate New York area. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
