Manekin LLC hires property manager

Carol Ferguson, a 20-year retail, hotel and residential property management veteran, has joined Manekin LLC as a property manager. Working from the firm's Columbia headquarters, she manages retail centers and condominiums in Charles and Prince George's counties. For the past 15 years, Ferguson served as a retail property manager for Trout, Segall & Doyle Management Co.
Inc. in Baltimore. She previously coordinated specialty leasing at Harborplace and The Gallery for The Rouse Co.
