United Way of Central Maryland renews commercial lease in Baltimore

Manekin LLC, of Columbia, a full-service commercial real estate and residential land development company, said the United Way of Central Maryland renewed its 31,721-square-foot lease at 100 S. Charles St. in Baltimore, where it has been based for the past decade, for another 10 years. The nonprofit fully occupies the building's fifth floor, housing 90 full-time employees as well as part-time staff and volunteers.
